Paypal is an online service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly. After finishing your order you will be redirected to PayPal where you will be asked to verify the payable amount.

Payment in advance/ Money transfer:
After placing the order you will receive an invoice by e-mail or post. As payment reference please always indicate your order number, which you can find on your invoice. The goods are delivered immediately after payment.
Returns
You can return any unworn items for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• in the original packaging
• together with the completed return form
• Purchased goods with a value less than 40 €, on your own expenses
• Purchased goods with a value of 40 € or more, using the return label for a return free of charge
• In any case we do not accept packages sent to us via the "Postage not paid / Recipient pays" service.

Faulty Goods:
In the unlikely event of faulty goods, please send back the goods including:
• the corresponding delivery note or invoice copy
• short description of the defect

Refund:
Once your return has been received and reviewed by our logistics team, you will be refunded the value of the returned goods. Depending on your chosen method of payment you receive:
• In case of payment via money transfer the money will be transferred back to your bank account. Please let us know your bank details.
• In case of payment via credit card the amount will be refunded to your credit card account.
• In case of payment via PayPal the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
